This one day conference will give you an update on the newest developments in sports medicine. The scientific topics will not only focus on the medical aspects such as the role of stem cells in sport injuries, but will also evaluate and discuss exercise in medicine with a host of national and international experts.
The 15th Biennial SASMA Conference is to be held on 24-27 October at the Wild Coast Sun in KwaZulu Natal. It is an excellent venue, having recently been revamped. A strong scientific and social programme is being organised.
The 3rd Transact Triathlon Congress will take place on Friday 12 April 2013 in Port Elizabeth, prior to the SA Ironman event on Sunday 14 April 2013. The conference is a combined SASMA and SAMSIG initiative. Triathlon-related topics will be discussed. SAMSIG will present radiology case reports relevant to triathlon.
